For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jl500," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to jl500 and all services, systems, websites, and interfaces operated under the jl500 brand at the domain jl500.org and any associated subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jl500 account, whether for real-money play or otherwise.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification on the jl500 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jl500 Account, representing funds deposited by the Player and winnings credited by the Platform.
• "Real Money Wager" means any bet placed using funds drawn from the Player's Wallet rather than bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional value credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and the terms of the applicable promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, being the process by which jl500 confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for the licensing and regulation of gambling operations in the Philippines.

• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 15.

Access to and use of the jl500 Platform for real-money wagering is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable, reflecting the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. jl500 enforces age verification through mandatory KYC checks and reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino services is lawful at the time of each gaming session. • Not a jl500 Employee or Immediate Relative: Employees of jl500 and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold Player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the jl500 Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a functioning email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your Account information throughout the duration of your account relationship with jl500.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jl500 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jl500 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit all balances pending investigation, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform.

3.3 KYC Verification

Full account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. Players are required to submit the following:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys National ID);
• A clear, unobstructed selfie photograph holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding twelve (12) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).

jl500 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to jl500 is accurate and kept up to date. Any account registered using false, fraudulent, or impersonated information will be terminated immediately and associated funds may be withheld pending legal review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl500 login credentials. jl500 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jl500 support immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which jl500 strongly recommends for all accounts;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jl500 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

jl500 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security practices, including sharing credentials, failing to log out on shared devices, or falling victim to phishing attempts outside jl500's direct control.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl500 accepts deposits through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and InstaPay-enabled bank accounts. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) for GCash and Maya transactions. The minimum deposit for bank transfer methods is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). jl500 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.

5.3 Deposit Fees

jl500 does not charge deposit fees for standard verified accounts. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g., GCash transaction limits or bank service charges) are outside jl500's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and verified as part of the KYC process. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund processing. jl500 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or return any deposit at its sole discretion.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion fee for PHP-denominated transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, jl500 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available exclusively to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are restricted to play-only functionality and may not initiate withdrawals. jl500 strongly encourages all Players to complete KYC as early as possible to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows, subject to security reviews and applicable verification:

• Standard Verified Accounts: Processed within 15 to 45 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during regular operating conditions;
• VIP and High Roller Accounts: Priority processing, typically within 5 to 20 minutes;
• Bank Transfer Withdrawals: Processed within 1 to 3 Philippine banking business days.

6.3 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name that match the KYC records on file. jl500 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits apply by account tier. Standard accounts: up to ₱100,000 per day. Silver VIP: up to ₱300,000. Gold VIP: up to ₱500,000. High Roller accounts: up to ₱1,000,000 or as individually agreed. jl500 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large single withdrawals.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full. The Real Money Wallet balance (excluding any active bonus) is freely withdrawable subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and verification requirements.

jl500 offers various promotional bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are awarded at jl500's sole discretion and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time;
• Wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal);
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds count toward bonus wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Cashback bonuses credited under jl500's weekly cashback program carry zero wagering requirements unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension;
• jl500 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts that were credited due to technical errors, and players are not entitled to retain winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl500 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data extraction tools, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain an advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit progressive jackpot mechanics, or circumvent anti-fraud measures;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or ongoing account management;
• Using payment methods registered under another person's name or obtained through fraudulent means;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or display errors — any winnings arising from known errors are void;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting obligations, or using jl500 for any purpose related to proceeds of illegal activity;
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members, agents, or employees;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward jl500 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion order, or account restriction by creating a new account or using another person's account.

All games available on jl500 — including live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — operate according to published game rules specific to each game type and provider. Players are encouraged to review applicable game rules before participating.

In the event of a game error, disconnection, or malfunction, jl500's decision regarding the outcome of the affected game session shall be final. Where a malfunction prevents a fair outcome from being determined, wagers placed during the affected session may be refunded at jl500's discretion. No compensation will be payable beyond the refund of the affected wager amount.

jl500 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling behaviors. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and our own platform policies, jl500 provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, with optional reminders at set intervals;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per defined period, after which the Player's Account is temporarily restricted from further wagering;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl500 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any jl500 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game element;
• Create derivative works from any jl500 content;
• Use jl500 brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by jl500.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl500's total cumulative liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

jl500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in Platform availability beyond jl500's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank;
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's violation of these Terms;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl500's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jl500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period following a withdrawal request;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Any conduct that jl500 reasonably believes poses a risk to other Players, jl500 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for legitimate cause, jl500 will return the undisputed real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to jl500 and completing applicable investigations. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering may be frozen pending legal review.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jl500 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus credits.

14.1 Internal Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jl500 regarding game outcomes, account balances, or the application of these Terms, the Player must first submit a written complaint to jl500 support via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. The complaint must include the Player's account username, the nature of the dispute, the approximate date and time of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence. jl500 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve the dispute within ten (10) business days.

14.2 PAGCOR Escalation

Where a dispute is not resolved through jl500's internal process to the Player's reasonable satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its formal player complaint mechanism. jl500 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's complaint investigation processes and accepts PAGCOR's determination as binding in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.

14.3 Server Records

In all dispute proceedings, jl500's server-side game and transaction records shall be the primary evidentiary reference. jl500 maintains complete, timestamped records of all game sessions, wagers, outcomes, deposits, and withdrawals for a minimum of five (5) years.

jl500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and will be prominently displayed on the jl500 website for a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Minor changes — including typographic corrections, clarifications that do not alter Players' substantive rights, or changes required by regulatory directive — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the jl500 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The fact that jl500 may be accessed from outside the Philippines does not affect this governing law provision. Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions remain subject to Philippine law with respect to their use of jl500.
